SACRAMENTO (CN) - A man has sued Kaiser saying its care has caused permanent disability.
According to the suit, Kevin Schnepp has been treated by Kaiser on March 29, 2010. Schnepp accuses Kaiser of failing to "exercise the standard of care and skill ordinarily and reasonably required of hospitals, medical doctors and other medical practitioners by failing to properly treat [his] odontoid fracture."
Due to Kaiser's poor treatment, Schnepp alleges that the "injuries will result in some permanent disability to him."
He seeks general and special damages as well as medical and incidental expenses among other compensations. Kerrie Webb with Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff represents him.
