Insurer Said to Cheat Customers

     OAKLAND, CALIF. (CN) - Kaiser Foundation Health Plan defrauds policyholders by illegally rescinding and canceling insurance policies, claiming policyholders "failed to disclose" medical conditions of which they were unaware when they signed up, a class-action complaint claims in Alameda County Court.
