Action claiming medical negligence and wrongful death. Despite complaining several times of chest pain, shortness of breath, and numbness and tingling in his left shoulder, the defendants physicians repeatedly failed to diagnose his heart condition, according to the complaint. Following an appointment where he presented with the afore mentioned symptoms, he was given medication for indigestion, and passed away later that night from a heart attack. RG09-489662 Bahl v.
