SAN DIEGO, Calif. (CN) - Kaiser owes a contractor $50,000 for work done at one of its facilities, the company alleges in a San Diego County Superior Court complaint.

Reinforcing Steel says it was hired in April 2013 to perform work on the Kaiser Medical Office Building in Oceanside, Calif. totaling $60,242.
Gerdau says it completed the work as required under a written contract, but it has not been paid for labor, material, equipment, supplies and/or services,” the complaint states. Accordingly, Kaiser owes it more than $51,565.10.
The subcontractor sued Acriero Brothers Inc., Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals Inc. for breach of contract.
The plaintiff is represented by Kevin Carlin, in San Diego.
